A truck accident in Medina has resulted in injuries to the victims in the a three vehicle crash.

Drivers approaching a truck accident at Interstate 76 and Ohio 261 got involved in a three-car crash in traffic nearby. One car rolled over and a motorist was ejected.... The tractor-trailer rolled onto its side about 5:45 this morning and remains beside the road, where traffic has been slow. The truck isn't blocking the road, but troopers will close a lane when a tow truck arrives.

According to the Rules of the Ohio Commercial Drivers Handbook after an accident or breakdown truck drivers, when able, are supposed to properly mark off the site with warning flairs, triangles or cones to warn oncoming vehicles of hazard created by the truck in the roadway. The failure to do so can constitute negligence.
