The foreclosure rate in America, and particularly in Cleveland, Ohio, is nearing an all time high. In many cases, hard working homeowners are being pushed out of their homes by unscrupulous lenders and bull-dog tactics.

Persons in foreclosure need to seek out an attorney immediately to defend them in these foreclosure actions. In some cases, the lender will have violated the law and the foreclosure can be stopped.
