Airline Passengers Have Rights

When airlines keep passengers cooped up in a jet on a tarmac for an unreasonable period of time, or mistreat a passenger, or fail to takes steps to prevent injury to a passenger, the passenger may have a claim against the airlines.

The competitive climate in the airline industry sometimes results in poor to abusive treatment of passengers and these passengers, as consumers, should not hesistate to assert their rights.
