Nursing Home Abuse cases are repulsively still common occurrences in our society. The helpless elderly patients in public or private nursing home facilities still suffer abuse or neglect by the employees who are paid to protect and care for them.

No family member should ever tolerate this type of misconduct. Bruising, malnourishment, bedsores, or sudden unexplained changes in personalities may be red flags for abuse or neglect. If observed, family members owe it to their elderly family members to call a lawyer immediately.
