As the November elections fast approach, proponents of tort reform will seek to instill fear and smear tactics against those that stand up to protect our constitutional rights. Many misleading ad campaigns have started all in an effort to eliminate our civil justice system and avoid accountabilty. Why? Because those that support these ads care only about their own financial well being. Despite the FACTS, which establishes there is no "frivilous" lawsuit crisis, proponents of tort reform continue to try and mislead the general public into thinking such a crisis exists. For an example of such a fear and smear ad see http://www.atlavideo.org
