Every day consumers purchase all types of products for their homes, yards, vehicles, children and for their own personal use. Every day it seems as though we read in the paper or see on TV that a product is being recalled due to safety concerns. Before you spend your hard earned money on a particular product, investigate the product to make sure there are no active recalls or other safety issues concerning the product. A good place to start your investigation is at www.consumeraffairs.com.

Recently a client came to our office after sustaining a serious injury to his hand when the wheel rim on his snowblower exploded. It turn out that the particular snowblower had in fact been recalled for the very same defect that caused his injury. With so many internet resources available to the public, investigating the products you purchase a head of time can be simple.
