U-Haul Failure to Warn Leads to Verdict

A Cincinnati Federal Court Jury recently awarded damages in excess of $2.6 million dollars to passengers in a vehicle that was towing a U-Haul Trailer. The trailer caused the vehicle that was pulling the trailer to roll over. The jury determined that U-Haul failed to warn the occupants of the dangers in pulling the trailer. The verdict included punitive damages , which were rendered to punisnh U-Haul for their egregious conduct.
