As winter approaches, please be sure to drive carefully, be sure your tires have good tread, and leave extra time to make your commute so as to avoid being in a rush when bad weather hits.

Most drivers who take these steps will have no problems. It's the other drivers on the road to woory about.

Other drivers who are careless in bad weather and cause motor vehicle accidents and injury should be held accountable. furthermore, they are not excused for their negligence by the fact that the weather turned nasty. All are expected to operate a vehicle under reasonable control no matter what the weather.
