If you are injured an automobile accident as a result of someone elses negligent driving, no matter what an Insurance Company tells you, you should consult with an attorney to make sure all of your rights are protected. Some insurance companies who insure negligent drivers, attempt to persuade injured victims that they do not need an attorney and that they will be better off without an attorney. Such efforts by the insurance companies, are implemented so that they can take advantage of the victims and low ball them in terms of the compensation they receive. Don't be deceived. Be fully informed before you agree to settle with an insurance company.
